Hotels Near the Convention Center
Choose accommodation based on your event hall and travel preferences.
Location matters
Compare the actual route to your assigned hall, not just straight-line distance. Verify pedestrian access and transportation options.
Total cost
Review nightly rates, taxes, resort fees, parking charges, cancellation terms and any event-specific booking conditions.
Booking checklist
Confirm the property, dates, accessibility needs, check-in hours and transport arrangements before booking.
Plan with confidence
Choose by hall, not hotel name
A hotel described as “near the convention center” may be convenient for one entrance and inconvenient for another. Identify the event’s assigned hall first, then compare the walking route, accessibility, crossing points and whether a transit connection is actually useful. A short map distance does not guarantee a short door-to-door trip.
Compare the full booking price
Before confirming a room, compare the total cost for the full stay: room rate, applicable taxes, mandatory property fees, parking, deposits and cancellation penalties. Confirm whether breakfast or transportation is included and whether the event offers an official hotel block.
Watch for unofficial booking solicitations
Some conventions warn attendees about companies claiming to manage official hotel blocks. Follow the hotel link on the event organizer’s own website, confirm the hotel directly and avoid paying an unknown intermediary without checking its authorization.
Planning for early sessions
For an early badge pickup or opening session, estimate the morning trip at the time you will actually travel. Account for check-out, luggage storage and the possibility of queues after large events.
