LAS VEGAS CONVENTION GUIDE

Harry Reid Airport to Las Vegas Convention Center: Arrival Guide

Find terminal-specific rideshare pickup, taxi queues, transit, rental cars and practical airport departure tips for Las Vegas convention visitors.

Independent visitor guide: Information is checked against official sources, but schedules, fares, entrances and registration policies can change. Confirm critical details before travel.

Start here: choose the correct terminal

Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) has separate Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 ground transportation areas. Confirm your airline terminal and your actual destination hall before booking a transfer. The Las Vegas Monorail does not connect to the airport.

Rideshare pickup at Terminal 1 and Terminal 3

For Uber and Lyft, Terminal 1 pickup is on Level 2 of the parking garage, reached from baggage claim by the pedestrian bridge near Door 2. Terminal 3 pickup is on the garage Valet Level, reached via the pedestrian bridge and elevator. Follow current airport signs and confirm the license plate and driver in the app.

Taxi pickup and fares

Terminal 1 taxi queues are outside baggage claim near Doors 1–4; Terminal 3 taxis are outside near Door 52. Airport-to-Strip taxi flat-rate zones may apply, but do not assume a Strip zone fare applies to the Convention Center. Confirm the fare or meter rules with the operator.

Public bus and rental car options

RTC Route 108 serves Terminal 1 and the Paradise Road corridor near the Convention Center; confirm the exact stop, direction, operating schedule and any transfers using RTC’s current trip planner. Rental cars use an off-airport Rent-A-Car Center reached by airport shuttles; consider hotel and event parking costs before booking.

Airport departure checklist

Verify your airline’s terminal, flight status, baggage deadlines and recommended arrival time. Budget for peak convention traffic and roadwork. The airport advises that connector tunnel roadwork can affect journeys through December 2026.
