LAS VEGAS CONVENTION GUIDE

Exhibitor Resources & Marketing

Plan logistics and build awareness before, during and after your convention.

Quick planning tip: Always verify event-specific schedules, entry requirements, transportation service and pricing with the responsible official operator before traveling.

Before the convention

Confirm booth assignments, shipping deadlines, approved vendors, setup windows and organizer marketing rules. Promote demonstrations and appointments early.

During the event

Make signage clear, schedule product demonstrations and provide a simple way for visitors to request follow-up.

After the event

Follow up with consented contacts, measure campaign outcomes and consider continued advertising beyond the event. Free booth listings are a future feature, not currently available.

Plan with confidence

Build the logistics timeline first

Work backward from the official exhibitor manual. Confirm booth dimensions, freight handling, labor rules, electrical and internet orders, insurance requirements, move-in appointments and deadlines. These requirements are event-specific and can differ from general venue guidance.

Design for clear visitor action

Your display should quickly explain what the product does and what a visitor can do next: watch a demonstration, book a meeting or request a follow-up. Keep QR codes readable and ensure staff can explain the offer without relying on video or sound.

Promote before attendees arrive

Use approved event marketing materials and clear meeting invitations to reach relevant prospects before the show. Avoid claiming sponsorship or official event affiliation unless authorized. Link to the correct hall and booth number in outreach.

Measure outcomes beyond badge scans

Track qualified conversations, scheduled demonstrations, follow-up requests and eventual sales separately. Record consent for follow-up, assign an owner to each lead and review performance after the event rather than judging success only by foot traffic.
